This is a public meeting that the Chairman on the Parish Council chairs or in his/her absence a chairman can be elected from any of the residents that attend the meeting as long as they are on the electoral roll for the parish. All other councillors are residents at this meeting.
The agenda for the meeting is below. This is not to be confused with the
Annual Parish Council meeting. The Parish Council sets out the running order,
however this is a meeting for the parish to participate and will include parish updates
on all relevant community matters.
Therefore this meeting is an opportunity for the residents to come and hear a yearly update from the Chairman of the council and bring to the meeting and issues they may have. We aim to keep this meeting to about 1 Hour. The Annual Parish Council meeting will follow directly after.

The Annual Parish Meeting will commence at 7pm and the Annual Parish Council Meeting will take place immediately after the close of the Annual Parish Meeting in the Room of Requirement at Hemswell Cliff Primary School.
