Hemswell Cliff Residents, you should by now be aware that you are living in an area protected by a Public Space Protection Order or PSPO for short. This started on the 4th June 2018 and lasts for 3 years. Many signs have gone up on lamp posts around the estate and now 2 more Large ones have been added at the entrance to Capper Avenue. Anyone found repeatedly ignoring the PSPO will be Fined!. Don't say you weren't aware!
