Annual Parish Meeting Monday 22nd April 2024 at 7.30pm in the Main Hall, Hemswell Cliff Primary School
This is a public meeting that the Chairman of the Parish Council chairs or in his/her absence a chairman can be elected from any of the residents that attend the meeting as long as they are on the electoral roll for the parish. All other councillors are residents at this meeting.
The agenda for the meeting is below. This is not to be confused with the Annual Parish Council meeting. The Parish Council sets out the running order,
however this is a meeting for the parish to participate and will include parish updates on all relevant community matters.
Therefore this meeting is an opportunity for the residents to come and hear a yearly update from the Chairman of the council and bring to the meeting and issues they may have.
We aim to keep this meeting to about 1 Hour.
